We’re not the first people to say this, but variety is the spice of life—for us, that especially means when it comes to your workout routine. Hear us out for a second—we’re not saying that getting into an established exercise regimen isn’t important. In fact, at OurStrongCircle, we love a committed exercise routine.  

But that’s the thing—doing the same type of exercise over and over (without ever stopping to mix up your routine) isn’t going to get you where you want to be. In fact, if you’re sticking to the same thing day in and day out, you’ll probably end up bored and dreading your daily gym routine.

This gives the overused parts of your body a break to rest and heal while keeping you active and healthy.

No matter how much you love an exercise, chances are, you’re bound to get bored. A different workout class or a club can change the pace, mix it up, and get you excited about your goals again! Give your brain a chance to beat boredom and reset into a more motivated mode.

This is less of a physical health benefit and more of a mental one, but we definitely think it still counts.
